GOLDEN SUN JEWELRY RETURN AND LAYAWAY POLICY

At Golden Sun Jewelry we are committed to your total satisfaction with your purchase. If there are any issues, we ask that you please call Customer Service and speak to one of our representatives to help you resolve any issues and verify your original purchase date.

All returns for unused, undamaged merchandise in it’s original packaging will be accepted for a period of 7 days from the date of original purchase, receiving date, there will be a 10% re­stocking fee.

All returns are subject to inspection by our quality assurance team before your refund can be processed. Jewelry must be brand new and unworn.

Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included.

No returns or exchanges can be made for custom made jewelry, class rings, special orders or engraved items.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during shipping. Please do not write “jewelry or watch” on the outside of your return package.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, excluding any sizing and delivery charges.

You must have original receipt and original diamond grading report. 

Shipping charges are non­refundable.
